The large gardens give you and the kids the opportunity to play football, frisbee and all manner of games. Ideal for children to let off steam and for the parents to relax, safe in the knowledge that there children are in a quiet countryside location, far from busy roads and traffic.

The Gite is within easy walking distance of the town of Bréhan which has all the usual compliment of village shops and a supermarket - 15 minute walk. The gite also has uninterrupted views of the countryside and is set in a tiny Brittany hamlet with no near neighbours.
The Gite has a large fully fitted kitchen with oven, gas hob, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine in the utility room.
There is a separate dining room which opens on to the lounge which has a large granite fireplace and log burning stove. A large flatscreen TV with UK Sky Satellite is in the lounge for those that want to keep up to date with events in the UK.
Outside you will find landscaped gardens, with mature trees offering shade from the sun, patio areas, BBQ. In the middle of the garden is the large heated salt-water swimming pool which is large enough get your daily exercise, dive and play all manner of water sports.
The Swimming pool is approximatly 2.4 metres at the deep end, but has a shallow end with steps. The swimming pool measures slightly over 12m x 6m. There is a pool house with shower, toilet and sink plus further areas for BBQs and shade. There is plenty of garden and pool furniture to go round.
